Joyce Small is a 30 (+) year resident of Fayette County Georgia. She has been affiliated with the Fayette County Board of Realtors for the past

  5 years. Prior to this she assisted her husband, Nelson Small, with his custom home construction business, Nelson Small- Custom Homes,Inc.

  She did the interior decorating for these homes and as a result has knowledge in the new home construction area. Joyce has her  ABR (Accre-

  diated Buyers' Representative) accredification and enjoys working with buyers, however, she equally enjoys representing sellers in todays'

  market. She has also added the certifications of LMC (Loss Mitigation Certification), SFR (Short/Sale & Foreclosure Resource), and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) to her list of credentials.

  Joyce is and has been a member of Fayetteville First Baptist Church located in Fayetteville, Ga. for the past 32 years. She is also a member

  of the Fayette County Board Of Realtors , as well as, a member of WCR ( Women's Council of Realtors).

  Joyce and her husband, Nelson, have a son, Jeffrey, and his wife, Lisa, who live in Newnan, GA.
